The Pocahontas Community Hospital Auxiliary is a volunteer organization which was formed in October, 1966. The main purpose of the organization is to assist the hospital, by our fundraising efforts, in purchasing some of the needed medical equipment which is necessary for the well-being of our patients. The Auxiliary currently has a membership of 176 dedicated members. Our main fundraising event is our Annual Belgium Waffle Breakfast held in February and the Masquerade Jewelry Party.

Auxiliary News Winter 2017
Happy New Year to everyone! The Auxiliary is looking forward to 2017 and helping with the celebration of the hospital’s 50th Anniversary! Our annual Belgian waffle breakfast will be February 12 from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. in the PAC Commons Area. The cost is $7.50 for adults, $4 for children 6-13, and free for children 5 & under. So, come out and support the hospital auxiliary with a waffle and all the fix-ins. Our Girl’s Night Out event in November was a huge success making $700. The auxiliary was proud to donate $3,000 to the Pocahontas Hospital Foundation event in November. We are looking forward to having our 50th Anniversary cookbooks available for purchase soon but first we need your receipes!! Send them to us or you can drop them off here at the hospital. As always we are looking for new members with fresh ideas to make our organization better. Thank you for supporting the auxiliary and the Pocahontas Community Hospital!
